Tube Profile Production Line
Our company Imports and exports of stainless steel coils, Sheets ;with Istanbul head office and production line in Ankara, started to produce stainless steel tubes and profiles.
We started the production in the beginning of October 2018, with 12 machines and one slitting line, Our first deliveries took place in October. The technical details of our production are as follows.
Deliveries shall be made with factory certificate which has the required production and technical norms.

Produced qualities: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 409, 409L, 430, 430Ti, 436, 439 (according to the AISI norm )
Production norm: DIN 17455, DIN 17457
Measurement and tolerance norm : EN ISO 1127
Production range:
Stainless steel pipe interval : 9 x 0.6mm – 219 x 6,0mm
Also oval pipes
Stainless steel profile interval : 10 x 10mm – 80 x 80mm
Surface process : No process, BA, 180 – 220 – 320 – 440 Sand Satin, Grinding, Brushing.
